Hold Policy

To place a membership "on hold," members must send an email at least 14 days before the desired hold start date to admin@overflowcrossfit.co.nz.

You may put your membership on hold without charge once per year, for a minimum of 2 weeks up to three months. After the hold period ends, the membership will automatically reactivate, and payments will resume. Any subsequent holds within the same calendar year will incur a $50 administrative fee.

Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of your hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume. If you cancel your membership while on hold, and you have not finished your minimum 3 month contract, then the cancellation fees listed in the cancellation policy will apply. 

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your OC membership members must provide 14 days notice by emailing admin@overflowcrossfit.co.nz.

If a member cancels their OC membership early, breaking the 3-month contract, the following fees will apply:

  1. Cancellation within the First Month: A fee of $159 will be charged if cancelled within the first month of the contract.

  2. Cancellation within the Second Month: A fee of $106 will be charged if cancelled within the second month of the contract.

  3. Cancellation within the Third Month: A fee of $53 will be charged if cancelled within the third month of the contract.

These fees are applicable in addition to any remaining dues for the current billing cycle.
